Mazatlan - Valentinos at Night

There is a building in Mazatlan that is right between The Golden Zone and the Malecon. In the daylight it is impressive. Dazzling white in a very unusual design. But at night it is spectacular at it is bathed in lights that continually change color. Here is a video of it. give it time to load.
